Inline Hockey is one of the disciplines under the World Skate Organization (http://www.worldskate.org/) The HKIHL plays under the World Skate rules with some modifications.
Additional details –
- 2 periods of 20 mins – 3 min warm-up and 1 min between periods
- 5 mins OT – sudden death played 3 on 3
- 3 player shootout if winner is not determined in OT
- Standings based on Most Points, Most Wins, Head to Head, Least Goals Against, Least Penalty Mins, Puck Toss
- Division 1 - Minimum age is 15 years old
